Dr. Terpstra is great
From the first time I met Dr. Terpstra to see if I was a candidate for the Blepharoplasty surgery to the day of my operation she was very professional, witty and funny. The surgery went flawlessly. Dr. Terpstra and her staff answered every question I had, and I had plenty. I would recommend Dr. Terpstra to family, friends and any one who needed this surgery.

Excellent doctor
Wait time was very reasonable on my last visit. Her staff is always quite efficient though not exactly warm and fuzzy. Check-in was very good and so was check out. I really have great faith in her as a doctor.

Very good visit with Dr. Terpstra and her staff. I feel I got analyzed well and got good advice. While not Dr. Terpstra's fault the Lake Eye Pre meeting confirmation process over email was lengthy, unnecessary and frustrating. Recommend a different vendor or approach.
