I like Dr. Shah great bed side manner . She is caring and thorough. Sees to my needs and I have many health issues.Refers me to good specialists

I could not say enough wonderful things about Dr Shah. She has been my Primary Care Physician for a year, after 2 long years finding a good match for me. She is very thorough, listens carefully to my problems, includes me in my own treatment plan, and is very prompt to answer my questions. Dr Shah never makes me feel rushed in an appointment, and her staff is always courteous. I liked her so much, that my mom is now a patient at Blackhawk Medical too. One of the nicest doctors I've seen. Thank you Blackhawk Medical! And thank you Dr Shah!

I’m so disappointed and saddened regarding this doctors practices. I had a physical examination that required labs. I get a physical and labs every year just to be consistent with Dr. Humphrey for the last 15 years. He’s always so amazing and always follows up with me after my labs. This year I saw one of his associates Dr. Shah. I figured, she must be great if she’s under Dr Humphrey. Well, I was in for a rude awakening. She really demonstrated to me that she’s an extremely uncaring and unkind doctor. Just beware if you see her. She’s very nice but is not about to follow with any kind of care, wether you are sick, in danger of having an illness, etc. Greed is over patient care and she will want you to pay again to even speak to her to find out if you have an illness. It’s common patient care to follow up with your patients— if you really care about them. The fact that she would rather not take 5 min to go over this with me leaves me sick and saddened. Dr Shah is one of the most caring doctor's I have ever been treated by. She goes above and beyond to be sure your issues are being taken care of without feeling she is rushing you.
