We are so grateful to have Dr. Desai reviewing Bill's treatment plan for {patient PHI removed}. It gives us great peace of mind to have her validate his health annually while we see a local Rheumatologist & Pulmonologist several times a year for ongoing oversight and prescription meds management.

I sent an email but did not receive a response. I was going to see the doctor in a few weeks, so it wasn't a big deal, but someone (e.g. staff) should have sent an email saying something. I am aware that there is a shortage of both physicians and staff. Regardless, if staff cannot complete all of the necessary duties within the allotted time, they should receive overtime to do the work.

This is about Dr. Sheetal Desai. I've been a patient of hers for... 15 years or more. And she has taken care of my son for longer than that. She's amazing. She knows what she's doing with her specialty. But the thing I appreciate as a former nurse is that she doesn't ...hold back if she sees other issues that aren't necessarily rheumatology related. She has been an amazing doctor. And I hope she stays in practice until I die. Because she'll be a hard act to follow. Thank you.
