I'm have taken over care of my elderly Mom and disabled Sister. I made an appointment to see Dr. Billal as she was their primary Doctor. As a new care giver I wanted to get information on their medical history. She refused to see me and sent in a nurse practioner saying she wasn't going to get involved in family drama. Drama with family is due to lack of care and neglect from previous care givers. Upon looking through the medical records my mentally disabled sister didn't get routine tests done stating patient refusal. We have history of breast cancer in our family from another one of our sisters. She also never had a colonoscopy it also stated patient refusal. The lack of care from her caregivers should have been a red flag to this doctor and should have been reported. She also prescribed my mom a depression medication that she should not take with her dementia. It could result in death from warnings I have read online. This Doctor is very reckless and clearly doesn't  care about her

I have been going to this physician for 10 years, she has taken really good care of my entire family. This Dr. is outstanding, she takes her time, she cares about her patients, and always on point with her diagnosis.

We have been seeing Dr. Billal for a few years and she has yet to touch either of us. Just talk and a cursory visual exam of eyes, mouth and ears. No touching at all. We are increasingly dissatisfied with this lack of treatment.

Love Dr. Billal I have been a patient of hers for years, however over the years the wait time to see her has gotten ridiculous and the front desk is unprofessional and rude always! I believe with proper office management things could get back to the way they were! When I first started with Dr. Billal you may have waited 15 minutes! I get practices grow and get busy however if you had staff to keep up with that growth things would run a lot smoother!

If I could put zero stars I would have. I arrived 5 min early (not new patient) with my sick child and waited over and hour and 20 minutes to have her seen for a cough. When I asked why such a long wait the medical assistant told me because they made a lot of people appointments at the same time but they were not back up or behind. I had time to call my insurance company, search for a new pediatrician, make appointment somewhere else for my other children and write this review meanwhile still have not seen the doctor. DO NOT COME HERE

Dr. Billal takes her time with her patients. My last appointment lasted over an hour. She does not explain medical diagnoses, or what the medications do. She is very money hungry as she charges me the regular price of 90$ every appointment even though my insurance co-pay is only 40$. She makes me come in every month for my refills even though most doctor's will only make you come every three months. When Dr. Billal found out i changed primary care physician she cancelled my at home sleep study.

I have been a patient of Dr. Billal for many years. She is a wonderful Dr., she has excellent bedside manners and she genuinely cares about her patients. My entire family goes to her. I would not go to another physician.

Dr.Billal herself is a great doctor. very thorough and great bedside manner. Her staff and front desk are always rude, unprofessional, and rush you off the phone or out of the office. I asked for some heartburn meds to be called in and no one has called me back for 2 weeks now. even after me calling back several times myself... still no call back and no meds????? I also noticed the office has a very high turn over with their clerical employees....

Staff is horrible. Did not send my referrals on time to the surgeon so I lost my time slot. My daughter has so much pain and needs the surgery. Call and call because dr Billal is off they just pick up the phone and hang up.

I just want to start off by saying that this is one of the best doctors I have ever been to! I was a little skeptical at first bc for my first appointment they set me up with the NP (Meesha) who I would like to add is AMAZING as well. They both make you feel comfortable, they will crack jokes with you when it is appropriate and you don’t feel like you’re being judged either. Dr. Shazia Billal & Meesha (NP) have helped me so much and I am so grateful. Highly recommend this clinic. -Lauren

Dr. Billal is so nurturing and kind, as is her nurse practitioner. Both are also very funny. The thing I love about Dr. Billal--and what I think makes her such an excellent doctor--is that she truly takes the time to listen to what her patients are trying to tell her. She doesn't pass judgment or make you feel like you don't know what's going on with your body. She has a very motherly aura and is extremely pleasant. Even when the wait is long, the time she or her NP spend with you to get you ta

Dr. Billal was friendly, but her timidness did not sit right with us. We just did not feel comfortable in her office. We were always placed in the same room, and it was VERY dirty. I checked each time. Dirt caked in the corners, the same pamphlets and flyers laid about. The paper roll that they use to cover the examination table is laid on the ground. As they pull and tear off a sheet for the next patient, it is rolled about on the floor. Seriously why even have it? The wait time is absurd.

Dr. Billal is a nice professional but her receptionists are a different story. I called 6 times and tried to make an appointment but could not without a good explanation being told. In addition, I did not receive my lab result till 2 month later after I called them. I was told they called me three times but my phone showed zero records of their calls.
