The Worst Experience
The absolute worst experience. I went to the office on 0819 since I had dry eye and high pressure in the eyes. When I went back to the technician for her to start the exams, as soon as she started the tests, she said that I needed cataract surgery and they had an opening on Wednesday if I wanted it. WHAT I then had my eyes dilated and checked for glaucoma. Once I went in to see the doctor, Dr Yee said that I had a retinal bleed and I must have high blood pressure. She said that I will need surgery to release the pressure and to find out where the bleeding was coming from. Also I needed more testing for glaucoma. She asked me who my doctor was and when I told her, she said that is not the name on your chart. She took me out front to have the receptionist fix my chart and she left. She was not available for any questions and I had no clue what my treatment was or would be. Thank God, I went for a second opinion and was told I had an eye stroke ( branch retinal vein occlusion ) and

Loved her. Staff was great except for a receptionist. She was very rude. The other receptionist was great. Otherwise the whole team was kind and caring. I will go back to them and ignore the one receptionist.

I do not recommend Dr. Yee. Her office staff is unprofessional - could not even get my name right after 3 visits. I waited no less than 2 hours for each appt. The waiting room is filled with disgruntled patients. Go elsewhere!!
