got cut off cold turkey

After numerous visits I am now thoroughly convinced that this man's EARS ARE PAINTED ON. BECAUSE HE DOES NOT LISTEN!! HE NO LONGER CARES. MY DEEP FEEEZER IS WARMER AND MORE CARING THAN THIS MAN. HE RUSHES YOU THROUGH AN APPOINTMENT AS QUICKLY AS HUMANLY POSSIBLE TO GET TO THE NEXT PAYCHECK,,,, I MEAN PATIENT. When you ask him for alternatives he spouts the same thing over and over like a recorded message, even though you've told him you tried all those things to no avail and your day to day life has become pure misery and not worth living. But sadly, there's not a lot of choices on the Gulf Coast for good pain management doctors. So you have to just 'accept' whatever treatment you can get or go out of state. I'M SURE AT ONE TIME HE REALLY DID CARE ABOUT HIS PATIENTS, BUT HE HAS FORGOTTEN HIS HUMANITY AND CARING AND BECOME JADED.

Absolutely the worse visit w/a doctor I've ever experienced. Very rude, uncaring & totally unprofessional.

We are required to wear a mask but neither himself or his staff wears a mask or doesn’t wear them properly.

Pill doctor, epidural injection are to run up your bill, done in small, cramped little room(door opens to lobby) very unnerving when you flash other patients. Unsanitary to say the least. Impossible to understand what he’s saying IF he speaks at all. Pill doctor

Wonderful a good man

dr. shawn Wu is a very good and caring physicuan with a phd. he has taken care of my pain management mefical diagnosis with not only medication but with mri,shots of cortisol steroid,random drug testing tonensure he doesnt prescribe meds if i am self medicating with other . i have been a patient of his when he was with gulfport memorial. and now @his own practice . i moved to michigan several years ago and than returned back to my home town. thank goodness for his staff as they are also ca

Was sent to Dr. Wu by my life long family MD, after a injury. Dr. Wu does send as much time with you to the point that I fully understand my pain issues, why, and what can and cannot be done. Also,what is expected of me and what he can do as my Dr. There is a 20-45 wait, but I find he spends whatever time he needs with each person even if there is a delay in apts. I have never felt rushed in the office, and do feel he has my best interest in hand and goes beyond just filling RX medication.

Dr Wu has been my Dr for several years after a serious injury I was referred to Dr Wu by my family Dr of 25 years. Dr WU HAS always taken the time to fully address my pain issues and help me fully understand, the how and why and what can be done to help with my pain management. I have had to wait an hour past my apt a few times, but this is just a result of how much time Dr Wu spends with someone in a office visit. He will take whatever time is needed so you fully understand your issue. A+ Dr.
