Dr. Shawn Naseem, MD

Dr. Naseem has been my doctor for approximately ten years and I have a pretty complex medical history. What I appreciate about him is his proactive approach as well as his willingness to listen to the patient. When other providers were dismissive about my issues — he was on my side and kept pushing for tests. Turns out, there were quite a few things going on! I’m so glad that he used his professional judgement and didn’t write me off. It was such a relief to have a medical professional not blowing me off with “you’re too young to have these issues.” He is knowledgeable, caring, and willing to reach out to other specialists to weigh in. It has been a load off of my mind to have him on my medical team. The staff in his office are so supportive and willing to assist — they make what has been a life changing experience more bearable. What really sold me in the beginning was his willingness to try medications when needed BUT not make me dependent upon them. The balance was definitely refreshing. New patients will appreciate the genuine compassion as well as the flexibility.
