Non-responsive to patient inquiries. Treats intelligent women like they can't know what they're talking about (coming from someone with a Master's degree, but not an MD like Dr. Hicks). Not up-to-speed on current research. Likes to look for health problems and issues, diagnose, even when not supported. She's good about "ill-care" not health-care --- make patient feel anxious, stressed every day of pregnancy. I was never more stressed in my life than when under her care for pregnancy.

Poor communication - does not follow up to email communications if she doesn't feel like it or want to deal with it. Condascending and no follow through (every non-doctor must be health illiterate, right?). Treats 30 something pregnant women as ill. Medicalizes everything, trying to instill major fear in pregnant women.
