I thank God for Dr. Noronha during my late husband's critical illness at West Penn Hospital. In addition to his medical credentials and experience, he was a patient counselor to me and told me all sides of the issue which helped me to make important decisions. When my husband, Allan Schwartz, died...Dr. Noronha was with me and comforted me. May he be granted a long healthy life to share with others in need what he did with me...his medical knowledge, his understanding, and his comforting TLC.
