Office policy
They changed my surgery date three times. Then when I wanted to reschedule due to illness, they wanted me to start all over. They would charge a fee and I would have to go back for another appointment.

Interesting visit with the Dr. His staff was better able to communicate what was being done than the good Dr. I'm not really sure what the diagnosis was since I wasn't given any by the Dr. other than my asking him if everything was OK. Is he on some sort of medication?
