I have been seeing Dr Sharyl Balkin for many years. She is really the best at her job for me! She is super friendly! We meet for about a half hour and she can get me thinking about what we could do to make my life better. She is very intelligent and also has what I call “Street Smarts”. It’s common sense, that comes naturally to her, which always makes me improve how I think about my problems. I would suggest anyone wanting to talk out your problems, to call Dr. Balkin. She is a good listener and talks with you when the time is right to help guide you through your issues. I always leave her office with a better outlook on life! No one but you can solve your problems. However, having Dr. Balkin to listen and help you through many of your issues will make a difference and make you realize you are not alone and you can get through whatever you are unhappy about. Down to earth, empathetic and great communication

I like the approach of exercising and meditating instead of heavily medicating.

I have been seeing Dr Balkin for more than 10 years. She listens to all my issues. Assess my medications to make sure they are working appropriately and if I ever have a problem I know I can reach out to her at anytime. I‚am very comfortable working

I honestly know she cares as a person not just as a Doctor. She aways wants and wanted me to feel better and that always made me feel good.
