Dr. Sharron Thompson, MD

I saw Dr Thompson for many years when she was working with Dr David Smith. When in 2021 when my Pump reached the end of its life, Dr Thompson was kind enough to override Dr Smith’s order and she gave me 100 mCg patches until I had my pump replaced! She knew I would still suffer with withdrawal symptoms, but she did her best to keep me as comfortable as possible. Dr Thompson ALWAYS LISTENED TO MY CONCERNS and she spent time explaining what she thought I needed. Be that injections, procedures or rehabilitation. She was through and she did her job well. It was always a pleasure working with her on my care-much better than working with Dr Smith! Sharon Thompson NEVER LIED TO ME, nor did she ever behave in any way as to make me think that she was being evasive or had me thinking she did not have the best treatment plan in mind. She ALWAYS put her patients first. I left the practice because of DR.Smith-NOT DR THOMPSON.. If she was in private practice, I’d be there!

by far and away, dr thompson is one of the best doctors i’ve ever seen. that’s quite a compliment considering that at last count (i’m in my early 50’s) i’ve had over 20 pcp’s & specialists and a bakers dozen surgeries with many more to come. she has a quick wit and depth of knowledge i really appreciate. i see her monthly & every visit, we review my symptoms as if it were my first visit. she pays special attention to structural & pain changes, meds, treatment plan and emotional well-being. i’m very lucky to have found her.

My name is Traci Foster and I have been seeing doctor Thompson for about 2 years now. She is an excellent doctor, she has taken the time to get to know my past history and the pain I have been dealing with for the past 11 years due to an ongoing back injury caused in 2006. She is a caring doctor and I am lucky to have her. Most doctors only spend about 5 mins anymore but, she takes what ever time is needed to answer your questions and makes sure to get all your updated information on each visit.

Dr Thompson is kind and caring, thorough and professional. I travel 50 extra miles to see her even though she has a partner only 7 miles from me...highly recommend her! Now if we could only see these traits in the support staff...

She is a FABULOUS doctor. Very knowledgeable, patient, clearly explains things and really listens to you. I have been to many doctors over my lifetime and she is absolutely the best !!!
