Treats me with Respect and doesn't waste my time
I've been a patient of Dr Yee for many years....she's the reason I am still alive! I owe my life to her and her care. She works very well with my other Dr's and is on top of the latest treatments.

Dr Yee: a competent and caring doctor
Dr Yee is very up-to-date with all current treatments and competently cares for me. I have worked with her as an RN and been her patient. I am so grateful for her good care and treatment. I was seen timely. Office staff very nice to me.

Very Disappointing
Telehealth
I had an appointment with the Nurse Practitioner and was stood up. I called the office the following week asking for some assistance and they said someone would call me back ASAP. Unfortunately nobody called me back. This is embarrassing and no way to run a Practice.

Avoid at all costs
We've been trying to receive treatment from Dr. Yee and her office for 2 months. We have had one appointment, where Dr. Yee was present all of 30 seconds and left, stating she would contact the surgical oncologist, however never did. The office is horribly run, isn't open on Fridays, and no way of getting in contact with anyone. They will say they will send a prescription or referral, however will not follow up and not be able to be contacted. Terribly unprofessional.

This doctor needs to be better. I’m sure she knows medicine based on her degrees but she has no clue how to deal with patients. Overbook your office and not spending time to talk with your patients is no way to do business. The worst part was that she didn’t even come in the room for the appointment.

Never able to reach office. Faxes go unanswered, email goes unanswered, voice mailbox ALWAYS full. Wrong authorizations have been given to me twice.

Terrible services
I am breast cancer patient, I need follow up mammogram and ultrasound done, they referred me to a lab that doesn't do mammogram, and I have been trying to ask for another referral since May 2022, called countless times, have to repeat myself every time, and was always told someone will call me back, over 2 months, still not heard from anyone

Stay away. Dr. Yee bullied me and provided poor care for over 7 years (I had no where else to go.) She liked to make fun of me. And when I brought in my Wife thinking it might slow down her negative behavior -- it did not!. She could occasionally be "nice" but more often she was "nasty." In my opinion the way a doctor treats a patient hopefully with respect determines their skill. Dr. Yee was lacking in those skills. I know,: i experienced it for years.
