It pains me greatly to leave this negative review. Dr. Findley has been my Dr. for over 20 years before suddenly and without warning abandoning her patients, whom most, including me were in mid treatment +. When I visited the office yesterday it was in complete chaos and full of patients who were abandoned in mid treatment without warning. All waiting to be triaged by a very nice Dr. whose was called in to repair the damage to patients caused by the sudden and unannounced departure of Dr. Findley. I personally was left without access to very important prescriptions involved in treating my possible life threatening conditions due to lack of foresight or concern for her patients. When I called the pharmacy for my usual refill, e I was told it had been denied.I am sure many others were in the same predicament. Dr.s are required to give 30 days notice, in writing, to all patients before abandoning their treatment of ongoing ailments. Dr. Findley wrote a letter on 11/13/2023 (which was

Who treated me with total disrespect over a series of their mistakes. Immediately switched providers. My husband was aghast with this person’s attitude toward a patient who had a scheduled appointment. Never going back. My experience was horrible.

Dr. Sharon White-Findley and her whole staff are great. Dr. Findley always takes the time to explain things and they always try and fit you in if I call and need an expedited appointment.

The doctor is fine. The office staff is horrific. Ive found another doctor.

Use whatever criteria you wish and I am sure Dr. White-Findley will meet and exceed your expectations. She is knowledgeable, friendly, concerned, listens, etc. I could go on and on!

Absolute nightmare! Walked out on her because she was so disrespectful and condescending. Dont know where in India she got her license but she should not be practicing with such an attitude!

I've never had a doctor spend so much time actually listening and getting to know me from a full health perspective. She spent over 45 mins with me on my first visit - amazing! She gave me breathing treatments for my chest which were a blessing - no other doctor over the last 20 years has ever even made me aware of these simple and effective treatments. When I had an issue with a rash, she came into the room with big medical books and discussed options. I feel lucky to have found Dr. Findley

I have never felt more comfortable and at ease during my visits. The waiting room may be full of patients but you always feel like you are the only one. I never feel that I have been rushed through the visit. She takes the time to make sure that all of your questions are answered and that you understand your diagnosis.

Called three times she was never there finally gat an appointment she had a accident New Dr. 2 hrs and 15 minutes all I needed was a renewal on my medication

Dr Sharon Findley is the BEST doctor i have ever been to. Her interest in you is outstanding. She always thinks outside the box, listens closely to my feelings and thoughts, and is always willing to try alternative medicine. Her office staff however... dont seem half as interested in my documents, scripts, referrals, emergency calls.... so i have learned to not speak to them about anything and to ask for the nurse, or the Dr and speak to them directly.
