Response to the last person.
She does just enough to get by—unattentive, brief, and unrelatable. She doesn’t take the time to truly understand her patients and their individual needs. To the person who felt the need to respond to my review, I’m glad you had a good experience with Dr. Singh. But if you truly stand by your own review and the service you received, you wouldn’t feel the need to discredit someone else’s experience. My review reflects my experience, not yours, and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. I also have a list of patients, past and present, who would agree with my assessment. I never speak without proof.Thank you, though, for your unsolicited input. Who are you really trying to convince—me or yourself? Since I couldn’t directly respond to your review the same way you did mine, I’ll assume you're either Dr. Singh or someone close to her. If that’s the case, take this time to improve, rather than trolling.

Response to 'inattentive to patient's needs'
Dr. Singh is a nice person, and that is all that we agree on in your review, since you chose to speak for every other patient. Dr. Singh has shown to be opposite of every negative assertion you made. My family has been treated at the Children's Hospital in Ann Arbor years before she arrived and are fully satisfied with the care that she has provided, hence our continued use of her service and the five star rating.
