She is either inexperienced or incompetent, but I suspect both. She misdiagnosed me twice, and unnecessarily prescribed medication with severe side effects that I did not require. I had to consistently self-advocate and demand testing in order to finally get a proper diagnosis. My subsequent doctor questioned her judgment, and could not surmise why she diagnosed and prescribed as she had. Would absolutely NOT recommend.

Dr. Chung went off topic and then would correct herself to state that what she was addressing was not her area of concern. She was condescending and argumentative. She was unable to handle a medical profile that, as a past medical assistant who entered all of this information for the doctor would have appreciated, and would only deal with one item. As someone in severe pain, I left almost crying because I felt so hopeless. She had no interest in referring me to any one for help.

I have been trying for 3 months to get ahold of this office. I have called and left messages with no call back and have made appointments online to have them cancelled with no explanation. Now I am out of my prescriptions and the pharmacy is not getting a call back. And I am positive it is the correct number. Totally unprofessional and negligent. I at least deserve a call or explanation. My relationship with the doctor and office was always a positive one so there is no reason for this!
