Unacceptable
I am deeply disappointed in Dr. Allen and am seeking a different primary care physician. She is a poor communicator and does not read MyChart messages, and for some reason, any staff who have access to her MyChart messages do not pass them along to her. It takes months to get an appointment with her. My neurologist in the same clinic has been sending her detailed diagnoses and clinic visit notes for the past 9 months, and I finally got a message back from Dr. Allen that she was unaware of my terminal condition and the letters being sent to her from the neurologist.
