and I was told my appointment would be at least two hours since I am a new patient. She just kept going on about they’re closed, and she started saying how she was right there next to the representative on yesterday when she said at least two hours because of paperwork, insurance approval and so on// SO I was confused on what was the problem. I told her (the nurse), how I was SELF PAY and my paperwork I had already completed it. She then says how it’s been twenty minutes and I said BECAUSE I’VE BEEN ON THE PHONE GOING BACK AND FORTH WITH YOU //TRYING TO EXPLAIN TO YOU BECAUSE YOU’RE NOT LISTENTING.She then says how it was 1:47 p.m. or something when I told her that’s not TRUE. I was literally called at 1:34 p.m. and we have been on the phone for TWO minutes now going back and forth. I then explained how I am Self Pay and I would take my SERVICE elsewhere and just ended the call. ***I feel like my experience with THE NURSE if not the whole thing was VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
