Dismissive to concerns
Did not answer post op questions or disclose what occurred durning surgery. Bad bedside manner, dismissed concerns I had prior to surgery. Did not disclose all risks prior to surgery. Couldn’t bother to see me after surgery.

I love Dr. Laughlin! She is a brilliant doctor who has a wonderful bedside manner. I fly all the way from Florida to Rochester, MN to see her. I feel that Dr. Laughlin and her staff truly care about me, and I've been feeling better since I first started seeing her.
