Unprofessional office
Dr. James was kind and answered questions during appointments that we had with her. Unfortunately, she wasn't always available when my daughter had things come up. I understand her being busy, but that made me have to travel to other offices and have to use other physicians. I was severely let down by one of the physicians that I had to make a special drive to. My daughter was not treated correctly and then I could never get in with Dr. James. I then received a letter after missing an appt almost 2 years previously on top of 2 appointments MONTHS apart. I now am told I have to find a new provider, when I didn't even get to see my own pediatrician for any of these and usually always had to be at another office. I called in 1 of the 2 appts that were missed and they just dropped my daughter and I without a call, THEIR negligence caused me to have to book additional appointments that if they actually diagnosed my daughter appropriately would not have been necessary to book more.
