Dr. Shannon Gullett, MD

For those leaving g bad reviews, it’s important to remember that she is not a therapist! She helps you with getting g your meds right and has resources for your other needs (like therapy)If you need someone to talk to at length, find therapist. She is really amazing at her job and approaches mental heath from all sides, not just meds.

I have been seeing Dr. Gullett for over a decade now, and I have reached my limit. You never know what you are going to get with her. She is incredibly rude, demeaning, belittling, and critical. She is also apathetic toward mental health issues. She seems very unaware of her own “stuff” and persistently tries to put it on her clients in the form of blame and flippant remarks.

I have never had a dr that is so rude and impatient. God forbid that you ask her to repeat something she said! She will sigh, roll her eyes, raise her voice and say”I said!” While slamming her hands on the desk. With the issues I have the last thing I need is a psychiatrist to treat me like that. I am always kind and patient with her even when she was 45 minutes late to the video appointment then blamed it on me. Maybe she’s a good dr if you are perfect and have zero problems. I’m done with her rudeness and have found another dr. Thank God!

I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Gullett and was informed that she's not taking new patients (despite multiple websites saying she is). Just FYI!

I would highly recommend Dr. Gullett. I’ve been seeing her for a few different issues. She always listens carefully, and is able to communicate what needs to be done for each issue. If necessary, she has sent referrals to other specialists if further evaluation. She is very easy to talk to, and has helped me tremendously.

Dr Gullett has been very helpful to me. She is a good listener and is good about keeping track of all of my conditions & various meds they might impact my mental health. I trust her and feel that she cares.

When I was really bad off she brought me back she cared. She is a bright young lady Wise before her time. Im bipolar extreme bipolar I trust her judgement with out question.
