Unprofessional
If you have no billing issues, they provide good service but they refuse to get on the phone with you, which I find to be extremely sketchy and unprofessional. In what medical office are you forbidden to speak to anyone in the billing department? They are telling me one thing, but my insurance is telling me something else. My insurance company even tried calling them and they wouldn't pick up. Totally shady.

Dr Levine is a wonderful doctor and I can’t recommend her highly enough. Dr Levine gives off a natural warmth and compassion that immediately puts you at ease. She is thorough and takes the time to listen carefully, yet she is also very efficient and direct. She explains things very clearly and won’t let anything slip through the cracks-- she is clearly very dedicated to making sure everything is taken care of and that your needs are addressed and met. I leave her office feeling calm and confident that she truly has my best interest in mind and is on top of whatever needs to be done.

Dr. Levine is an excellent doctor. I completely trust her knowledge and skill as a physician. She listens and recommends, but does not dictate. She is thorough as well -- doesn't miss anything. Dr. Levine is very good at what she does and I recommend her to everyone I know!
