0 stars. I have been coming to Einstein pediatrics and now my children come here. I went to Center one because it was the only available appointment in the network for my child to be seen same day. My appointment was canceled by the doctor because she stated that there was no grace period in the afternoon which I've never heard of or was advised of when scheduling the appointment. I was in the office 7 minutes after my appointment time, well within the 10-minute grace period (or what I thought was a grace period and was in line waiting to sign in.) By the time the front desk was done chit-chatting with the person in front of me and then went back to the doctor to see if she would still see me, it was exactly 10 minutes past my appointment. Now I've wasted my time trying to get there during rush hour, I'm looking to head to an urgent Care instead of the pediatric office, and will NEVER schedule an appointment at the center one location again. Dr. Shanmukha denied my child care who arrived within a grace period time because she wanted to leave work early for the day. Thankfully this is not my normal office and my children will never be denied care again by this facility. I have already placed my complaint with the center for patient care for Jefferson. If there is no grace period it should have been mentioned during my scheduling of the appointment by the call center and/or posted on the office door. It is absurd that a doctor will deny care if you are not signed in at your exact appointment time but I must wait 30 minutes at times to be seen when I am on time or early.

If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be my rating for this highly condescending and abrasive person who doesn't possess the values of customer/patient quality of service. All this so called doc. cares about is money/business. She refused to provide my 18 year sister, a signed updated vaccines form for college application purposes.
