Excellent care
I was in the ER with my parent last night for extreme pain in abdomen. Dr Madsen listened, cared, ordered immediate tests, confirmed a diagnosis, explained the diagnosis and plan of care well, and relieved my parent of pain. We were able to accomplish all of this within 1 1/2 hour from walking into the ER to register. We were impressed with his expertise, thoughtfulness, communication and overall care. We haven’t seen such excellent care from a physician like Dr. Madsen in years.

Awful. Didnt care. Misdiagnosed me and missed a rib fracture on CT. Discharged before I should have been. Despite coming in an ambulance and barely being able to stand (let alone walk) the doctor or staff did not help me leave when they told me I was being discharged.
