This comment is about the accessibility of the health provider. It is not about the doctor but the staff in the doctor's office. I am changed my heath provider to United and I was auto assigned this provider. I was running out of my prescription so I called to ask how can I get refills. A lady named Amrita (I ask twice and this is what I understood, please excuse me if I am writing her new wrong) picked up the phone. She was extremely rude and was interrupting me without letting me to finish my sentence. At the end she just told me to change my provider and hung up.
