I really enjoyed my first visit with Dr. S. Felton, she is a fabulous Endocrinologist..I have a unique situation that I presented and she was confident, respectful and reviewed my case with positivity, energy, concern and compassion..She developed a plan and the steps to achieve our goals along with a future visit..She commented at the end of my first appt date via the patient portal, on my new labs that she drew blood on early that afternoon so I knew exactly where we were, her opinion and to review what was next..I feel confident that she will work for me for my best interests. Dr. Felton's training and confidence have left a great impression and I look forward to working with her in the future...If you review her patient comments you will see that she has a great following... The office staff is friendly and helpful, and Dr. Felton is a caring, capable doctor who is enthusiastic and encouraging. She has treated my thyroid disorder and post-thyroidectomy issues for over seven years. I like her so much that I’m willing to travel 3 hrs each way for my appointments however when requested she also has done telemedicine appointments for me. I would recommend Dr Felton if you too are experiencing thyroid related issues.

Dr. Shaili Felton is one of the best physicians here in Lubbock, and I have many because I deal with several rare disorders. Dr. Felton specializes in Endocrinology. Though youthful in age and spirit, she is accomplished in skill and gifted as a physician. Dr. Felton listens to her patients and, more importantly, HEARS what they are saying. She spends time with her patients; you do not feel like just another name on her list, or number she has to meet, that day. She is very responsive on the Portal, and if she cannot respond herself, her Nurse responds with great promptness. Also, Dr. Felton will pick up the telephone and call you if a call to deliver test results or answer a question is the best method of delivery. She is warm and personable. Her communication style is easy, her demeanor welcoming and trustworthy. Without hesitation will I recommend her to fellow strangers, as I have already recommended her to my most beloved and close friends and those I call family.

Very caring Dr. Takes time to explain everything. Ask you if you have any questions. Never felt rushed or like my questions were dumb. Highly recommend.
