I was scheduled for a routine cataract procedure in my right eye February 2023. During the procedure, there was a lot of loud voices and commotion, the next morning at postop, I had no clear vision whatsoever in the right eye, Dr. Zarnegar stated I quote: He did not know what happened. He's never had anything like this happen in his 30 career. It's a terrifying experience when you go in for a simple procedure and end up losing healthy, clear vision in that eye on a permanent basis. Due to the fact that Dr. Zarnegar does not know how to diagnose eye dystrophies, he performed a cataract procedure without diagnosing Fuchs dystrophy. I had to get a cornea transplant Due to all the damage and scar tissue, that transplant failed. When someone has Fuchs dystrophy, it's not recommended a multifocal IOL is not recommended which is what he used. I will never have clear vision in that eye. Lens correction is impossible with the IOL 3K, he used;I am still paying monthly.

Worst experience of my life. I had upper eyelid surgery. Did not listen, consultation was rushed, pushed botox and fillers. Dis not do the surgery right, he offered to do a revision. Was rude about , it. Then he did even a worse job on the revision. Nicking my eye and my nose. I now have a scare on my nose, and I was left with asymmetry, and the eye he nicked is now severely drooping. This has been a nightmare. I want to save others from having the same experience.
