Would not recommend
Jamil didn’t acknowledge the demands of being a good doctor, and could not recommend this any at all. You should’ve let me out of the hospital for so long it’s torture, but I guess you wouldn’t answer because you have no empathy.

Dr. Jamil treated me at St. Joseph Mercy in-patient unit and out-patient when my regular psychiatrist was on vacation. He educated me about my conditions and found a treatment plan that worked for me. I greatly appreciated his care and concern.

I've been a patient of Dr Jamil for over 10 years. I have seen 8 different psychiatrists throughout my 22 years of treatment. Dr Jamil is BY FAR the most competent and compassionate psychiatrist I have ever had. He has gone above and beyond the "call of duty" on many occasions for me. I consider him to be like a second father. I couldn't recommend any type of physicaian I have ever had more than I recommend Dr Jamil.
