Couldn’t be happier with the quality of work performed by Dr. Counts. Everyone told me he was good but I didn’t understand till afterwards. No pain in my nose after the procedure and I could breath! I will be recommending this Doctor for years to come!

Dr. Counts is beyond amazing. When you have an appointment, he will spend the whole scheduled period with you, if need be. He took time to explain all the details of my issues and procedure in depth. Doctor counts is very friendly and welcoming he takes his time to listen to his patients. For almost 10 years I visited several Ents without even listening to my single word and assessing me they concluded i am totally fine and don't need to see an Ent anymore. I was suffering from soar throat and headache almost every single day, living in constant pain was very depressing. The worse part was no one could help or understand me. I am so glad to meet Dr. counts, he is an extraordinary doctor.

Dr. Counts performed my tonsillectomy. I'm an adult male in his late 30s, so there is some level of risk associated with the surgery, this was also my first time having surgery in my life. Dr. Counts really prepared me for the entire experience. He made sure I was able to ask all the questions I had, no matter what. He made sure I understood what to expect before, during and the weeks following the surgery as well. Excellent, skillful, and trustworthy physician. A+++!!!

December 2015 my daughter had an abscess on her tonsils. She was seen by the attending physicians in the ER but they place a call to a specialist. She was seen later on that night by Dr. Counts, he was gentle and kind with her. A week later we had a follow-up appointment and set-up tonsillitis surgery in April 2016. Dr. Counts is kind, attentive and a overall excellent physician...

Young, informed, listened, cared, laughed........and clearly loves his job and patients.
