Still the best
Dr Azher knows her stuff, well educated and knowledgeable, explains, shows pictures, draws pictures. Been seeing her since 2019 after a wrong diagnosis from my primary Dr and a brain bleed that was overlooked in my MRI by two other doctors and the technician. Dr Azher is the best in her field as far as I’m concerned.

Very disappointing First (and last!) time appt.
I was referred to this doctor by my MD. After seeing her once I now have a new neurologist who I would highly recommend. I was explaining my symptoms to her in exam room when she got a cell phone call. He proceeded to pull the cell phone out of her pocket and then not only did she take the car and leave the room but she did not apologize or excuse herself …when she returned she was distracted, and started rushing me and I felt as if she did not hear or care about anything I had to say. I will never go to that office again and I discourage anyone who needs a neurologist from going to her - I highly recommend ERiver neurology. My experience there was like night and day, and I was relieved and felt very at peace with my situation after I left my new neurologist’s ofc

Outstanding Doctor
Dr Azher comes to your appointment prepared with all of your records which she has carefully reviewed and takes the time to explain everything and also listens to your concerns. A very pleasant change from most medical interactions I have these days. I highly recommend her.

I went to Dr. Azher, hoping that a neurologist could possibly tell what is going on with my learning impairments (memory, comprehension, staying focused, ect.), and other problems associated with ADD, that my regular psych med doctor couldn't help me with. She had orders for a CAT scan or MRI, don't remember which. She didn't find anything specific, though I don't know what she was looking for or the protocol she used. So she also had sent me back home with a list of names of individuals who do

Dr. Azher spent the first 5 minutes of my appointment looking through my adult coloring book. Maybe this was to make me feel more comfortable but it didn’t. Then she did her exam and seemed rushed when I asked her questions. She did order a MRI but they wouldn’t give results unless I went to her again. Maybe I needed to give her a second chance, but I decided to go to another neurologist.

I saw dr. Azher for intense chronic migraine. The Dr. did not listen to my concerns, asked very few questions and the only "test" was following her finger for 2 seconds. "Come back in 6 months", I don't think so. Would not recommend this doctor at all.

My mother and I consider ourselves lucky to have crossed the path of Dr. Azher. She is an excellent neurologist. She spoke directly to my mother, watching carefully to see that my mother understood what had happened to her (TIA's) , what we might do for her treatment and comfort. Reassuringly Dr Azher is a full partner in my mothers care. She identified things that no other doctor found in previous exams..As a daughter that has already lost one parent, to have Dr Azher, offers a hopeful future.

Am undergoing testing for a movement disorder. My present neurologist (for epilepsy) referred me to her. She is very thorough and sharp. The office visit is not long but she is extremely observant and doesn't need a lot of time. Presently she is ordering several tests to learn more about my movement disorder, but I have full confidence in her.

My wonderful neurologist, Sol Mora, left the practice after Mt. Kisco Medical Group took over Mid-Hudson medical group, so I decided to see one of the remaining doctors there so I wouldn't have to go through have my records transferred. Dr. Azher was very unsatisfactory. I had hardly any wait, and the waiting room was nearly empty, not a good sign in this instance. She hadn't reviewed my records and even worse, she said she would contact my pharmacy for prescription refills, but never did.
