My issue is not with Dr. Freemen directly but the quality of care her office provides. I was a new patient and was happy to find an office close to home that I could make my primary care physician. They got me in really quickly for a couple of infected cysts. I have had issues with these my whole life and pretty much know the drill. However, the nurse practitioner never even got out of her chair to look at the infection she just simply viewed only one of them from 6 feet away. Asked if I had been told it was MRSA in the past I told her it was not. She then prescribed me an antibiotic for MRSA even when I said I knew it wasn't that. Low and behold the infection got worse so they wanted me to come back and see the actual doctor. I would have been happy to if I had any sort of confidence that the nurse practitioner had done her job in the first place. But now I'm paying for 2 office visits when the first time honestly it could have been a phone call. I kept being told "well step one is an antibiotic anyways." You would think, though, that they might want to look at the infection they are prescribing an antibiotic for... I was just super unimpressed with the level of care they offer. If you are looking for somebody to be diligent the first time around rather than to just keep you coming back in go somewhere else. Disclaimer I have had issues with cysts my whole life, I know antibiotics work she just didn't take the time to even try and figure it out.

Dr. Freeman is excellent!
Dr. Freeman is an active listener. She is compassionate and understanding. All her diagnoses have been spot on. She doesn't sugar coat her answers and is not easily persuaded by delusional demanding patients like the wanna-be doctor teen who wouldn't listen to reasonable professional advice. Don't be swayed by discontented patients who leave reviews because they didn't get their way or who could push over the previous owner of this practice. Dr. Freeman is an outstanding physician and I am grateful she is my doctor!!!

Beyond terrible and confusing experience
• Frequent day to month or more long delays getting prescriptions refilled ? Frequently would have to go back to the office after going to pharmacy because prescription refill request didn’t get send over • Will no longer fill my prescription because I met with a new PCP ? Will be not be able to get prescription filled until maybe sometime next month. Maybe? • Upon one of my visits mentioned that I couldn’t really bend my fingers or really bend much of my body and body was overall very and oddly stiff. ? Her response “Huh” (Brief pause) “Well, thank for coming in hope to see you soon.”Sent me a letter today telling me I owe money and thanking me for prompt payment.Needless to say don't foresee any 'prompt payments' happening in my immediate future.Cartonnishly bad and bad and prideful doctor. Someone dying as a result of her 'care' is a matter of when not if.

Dr. Freeman got me into surgery after the other doctors said I didn't need it. It turned out I was full of bile and would have died without Dr. Freeman fighting for me. I owe my life to doctor Freeman and will never forget how she fought for me.
