Office is a nightmare
If you can get past the incompetence of the office staff, no follow up and all around mayhem, Dr. Younan is worth the wait. I just can't understand why they can't get their act together. Other offices do.

Dr S Younan is very nice doctor. I had 3 stents put in by him without any problems. Only downside is his office staff is not very good. I was scheduled to have surgery on my leg but I needed a medical clearence form filled out and faxed to my surgeons office. I called his office and the girl I spoke to told me to fax the form to her attention. Which I did last week. I was scheduled for surgery Oct. 6th 7:30 am I get a call 6:30 pm canceling my surgery because they never recieved the clearence form.

Exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly
Dr. Younan has performed a number of heart procedures on me. I trust his knowledge and how well he explains my situation. In talking with other physicians, he clearly is very well regarded.

Dr. Younan is a phenomenal doctor with beautiful bedside manner. However the remainder of his staff is a nightmare. They quadruple book him, nurse never respond to pharmacy refills, and have people standing in the hallway during Covid for four hours to get into their appointment. It’s so unfortunate because I have love seeing him as a cardiologist.

One thing I don't like b..I'm a new patient and just got out of the hospital..Got told to make appointment immediately..It's 4 days later and still no one in the office till Wednesday..You can't make any appointments!!

Terrible!! Does not think enough about is patient to let them know he no longer takes their insurance. Went back and forth to make an appointment. Finally got one then it was changed and now my husband gets there, is told to fill out paperwork again because it was awhile since he was there, and after he hands in the paperwork, he is told "Sorry, we no longer take GHI." When asked when it changed the receptionist was unclear and only said awhile ago!!!! Very disorganized and incompetent people working for this doctor. I would not recommend going to see him!!!!! Dr Shaddy Youn an is not only a good doctor but very compassionate doctor. He treated my husband and our family with like his own. He sets a good example with his knowledge and bedside manners that more doctors should have. Thank you Dr You an. Myself and family will never forget you at our most difficult time. Dr. Younan came recommended by our primary care physician and we ate extremely pleased. He responded back to us bery quickly and provided necessary tests to identify cardiac issue and recommend action. Great bed side manners. Highly recommend DR. Shaddy Younan

Shaddy is a very personable man. He takes time with you to explain things. Unfortunately though, he does not always follow through. This could be his office staff though. I have had appts. cancelled (without notifying me) and showed up to no tech in office. I received terrifying results from a procedure (from the Meridian portal) but Shaddy never called to discuss and when I placed 2 frantic calls to office, they were never returned even though I spoke with office staff and explained.
