He listened, made recommendations and treated me very well. He is very personable and takes time to talk and listen.

Completely unprofessional! Dr. Parker was the attending physician for my dad during his recent hospital stay. Once his treatment was completed, he was cleared by cardiology, PT, and discharge planning/home care had been set up. Nurses made repeated attempts to contact Dr. Parker to receive official discharge order, but he, nor any of his associates, answered the calls & pages for the entire day. He completely ignored their attempts to reach him, and no intention to see my dad prior to discharge was indicated. We finally received the discharge order from the chief medical director at the hospital later in the evening, & was assisted by the nurse supervisor at the hospital in doing so. My understanding is that this type of behavior is a pattern with this physician. He owes my dad and the nursing staff an apology &/or an explanation for this callousness and unprofessionalism.

Horrible. He has been assigned to my 90 year old mother and has never made any effort to talk with family. I have POA and have been requesting to talk with him for several days. She is in quarantine for covid under his care now for 9 days and he refuses to make a call to me to discuss keeping her comfortable in her final days. Very sad to know someone like this is taking care of the elderly. Where is the compassion!
