Without a doubt Dr. Lerner is the BEST OF THE BEST!!!After my husband's frightening diagnosis at 48, Dr Lerner made all the right decisions, and implemented the plan flawlessly.In addition to being the preeminent physician, surgeon, in his field, he is extremely personable, engaging, and flexible. If you need a phone call or an email to reassure a concern, you will receive one DIRECTLY FROM HIM.His office staff is equally stellar. Everyone of them professional, courteous, and kind.We couldn't find a bad word to say about Dr Lerner if we tried.My husband recently turned 71. I am beyond grateful for the exceptional care I received from Dr. Seth Lerner at WPH and his team throughout my surgery. From the moment I met Dr. Lerner, I was impressed by his expertise and skill. He took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the procedure, ensuring I felt informed and confident in my decision. His deep knowledge and precision in the operating room gave me peace of mind, knowing I was in the hands of a true professional. What truly set Dr. Lerner apart was the compassion and empathy he displayed before, during, and after the surgery. I felt not only like a patient but also like a person being genuinely cared for. He took the time to listen to my concerns, answer my questions with patience, and provided reassurance every step of the way. Best bedside manors
When my wife and I met with Dr. Lerner he had all my scans and information of my condition and thoroughly went over my case we were overwhelmed on how well organized he was and his certainty of the outcome. He was warm and friendly and explained what the next steps entailed. I left the office knowing I was in good hands. It may sound childish but I felt when we were in his office his talk with us was like we I was his child he was explaining everything would be ok
