Dr. Seth Hepner, MD

I am shocked to see has such low ratings because he is the best. Been seeing him since 2019. I went one year without seeing him because I switched insurances and he was not under in the next year. I literally switched insurance just to make sure I had him under my insurance policy. I lived 15 minutes away now I live 40 minutes away and I still drive to go see him he is the best. I go see him for my migraines every three months we evaluate what worked and what didn't work.

I was referred to Dr Hepner by my PCP after experiencing sudden, shocking and searing pain to (I thought) an upper tooth. Referrals to my dentist and to my endodontist brought no relief. I had an MRI. I saw Dr Hepner who was able to diagnose my condition and began treatment which has provided continued relief. He has listened patiently to me during my regularly scheduled visits. He has reached out between visits. He has referred me for other treatment which has been very beneficial. He is caring and attentive to my needs and to my condition. I highly recommend Dr Hepner for neurological disorders.

Horrible Outpatient care, it’s none existent, don’t even expect care or answers with your health issues, when you call in for help/answers!!!!!! Dr.Hepner never calls you back and a nurse won’t call you back either!

I really enjoyed my visit with him while I was there. He listened and got me on a new medication that for the most part has worked. However, following up with his office is near impossible. 2 times calling with 16 calls ahead of me and can’t get through. Then sending a my chart message instead and them actually reading it and never replying… I don’t know how to even get in contact with them at this point.

Not a people person, meaning does not know how to deliver a diagnosis to the patient. Actually really tell that patient what is wrong. It has to be asked about especially when medication is being prescribed.

Won't follow up. Ignored me after promising to find what was causing my symptoms. Lots of money dished out for nothing.

Seemed half asleep during appointment. Never followed up with me or my husband, just referred me to a neurosurgeon. When I tried to contact Hepner, he ignored me, repeatedly.

Excellent doctor! He is patient, sympathetic and understanding. He takes his time to explain what’s going on and options for treatment. I highly recommend him and the staff.

BEST DOCTOR THAT I HAVE BEEN TO LISTENS TO WHAT YOU SAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND DR. HEPNER. STAFF IS FRIENDLY. CAN GET AN APPOINTMENT THE SAME DAY.
