Dr Brum is a excellent doctor he cares about your needs and makes you very comfortable I give him 5 stars

Doctor is not thorough and one of his receptionists is downright nasty. I asked them to complete a health form required by a new job. I had recently seen them for a physical exam a few months prior. An initial receptionist advised me they would complete the form no problem and instructed me to fax the form over to them. However, a different receptionist later contacted me upon receipt of the form, contradicting the initial instruction and stating that they refuse to fulfill any form unless the patient visits the office, allowing them to bill for the service, regardless of the current validity of the patient's physical exam. I informed the receptionist that their other receptionist had told me to fax it over and she curtly advised me to seek a new doctor if I disagreed with this policy, which is evidently inconsistently communicated by the office staff. This is not the first time their focus has been on collecting money rather than patient care or helping patients. Unless you remind the

Dr Brum was able to refer me to a specialist after I’m one visit which safes me time and anxiety. He is a compassionate and caring dr.

I was experiencing chest pains. I called DrBrums office & was told to call 911 or immediately come to the office if able to do so . I arrived & was immediately taken into the examining room & given a thorough examination including an EKG Dr Brum asked me a series of questions & by the time I was ready to leave the office , the pains had subsided. Dr Brum is extremely caring, patient , knowledgeable & an exceptional diagnostician. I have been using him for 20 years & recommend him highly.

Dr Brum listened to my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable in what I needed to do to improve my health. I highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable and kind and I have been feeling better ever since.

Nasty staff you get turned away when your really sick,, he don’t treat you for copd but he’s supposed to. Very racist staff and physicians that antagonize the patient. I hope they shut his office down all the abuse occurs on victory Blvd gross negligence and tampers with medical records like birthdays very corrupt office State insurance fraud no treatment given to patient with serious illness he lets his staff abuse the patient

Dr. Brum is a caring and knowledgeable physician. He listened compassionately and carefully at my lengthy problems and offered his expertise and suggested specialists who might be of assistance. I would recommend him to family and friends.

I cannot say how good a doctor he is, but his office staff leaves a lot to be desired, Three times I left a message to make an appointment and never heard back. I would not do that to any one who calls me and is not at all professional on their part

I have been seeing Dr. Brum for years, this yearly visit was a debacle. I was with the Dr. for under 5 minutes. He ordered a blood test and an EKG and asked if I was having any particular problems - looked at my electronic file and left the room. He never examined me in any way. I was disappointed and hope that reviews like this will help him find his way back to what his care used to be.

He is getting too busy for his patients. His office receptionists are given too much freedom to give results which are sometimes incorrect. Follow up has become unheard of!!! Your phone call never seems to reach the Dr or he just doesn't care. What a shame he used to be very good.

He is very easy to talk to and very caring
