Terrible experience!! Doesn't care about patients, doesn't want to treat patients. Very bad bedside manners. Would not recommend at all!!

My visit this week was EXACTLY as the other reviews described! My first visit & he informed I had been “miss diagnosed” & was taking “useless medication.” The swollen knots in my neck & low blood sugars, fatigue & generalized pain was probably from “sleep apnea”...! Ordered STD panels, without informing & I left dazed & confused!!

Dr. Berney was very rude and disrespectful .. I'll never come back again. Total waste of time. No bedside manners AT ALL!! I came for Rheum. issues w/ all info from other Dr.'s that had treated me. He let me know he "didn't look at anything other doctors say & that he would find out what was wrong by asking me questions", which were the same questions I filled out on the questionnaire online 2 days before my visit!! He tested me for every STD under the sun, BUT never did a Metabolic, CBC, C-Reac

I had my first appointment today since my last Rheumy retired. I’ve had RA for YEARS! He comes in tells me even though my blood work etc says I have it means nothing & that I don’t have anything wrong! He ran odd blood tests like std tests just like the previous review! He didn’t even check my sed rate! Yet I have a inflammatory condition! He also said he was going to stop all my meds! I won’t be going back!

He made me feel like my problems were unimportant and asked disturbing questions. He didn't run any rheumatological tests, and instead ran std panels ( which I don't have & was already tested by my gynecologist). I left knowing nothing, and feeling like I came from the twilight zone.
