Trust me she is the worst. She is a liar and will not listen to you. When she is confronted about her incompetence, she will send you a letter to tell you not to come back find another doctor you will be better for it.

If I could give a zero I would. Her office staff is rude, and unprofessional. They should be trained on customer service, as well as how to take appointments and verify insurance Especially the person over verifying the insurance.. I would not recommend this place to anyone with a brain wanting a good office to visit for their health concerns. Never got to make a visit as it was cancelled by the office staff because they were upset about me asking them why they waited till the day of my appointment to ask for additional items from the insurance company.

Respect, courtesy, kindness, smiles and professionalism every time I walk in the door. Dr. Rana is compassionate, knowledgeable and professional. Procedures are always explained as well as what is covered by insurance and what is not. Every one seems to be genuinely caring. This facility has hit a home run.
