He put us at ease you know the man is good at his job from other doctors and patients, and on their recommendations that is why I went to him in the first place.

I have been a patient here for a little over two years. Started treatment a little over a year ago. Recently found out I am in remission. So great news. In addition to doc being such a great doctor, the staff in this office are exceptional. The chemotherapy staff is very knowledgeable, caring, and they make you feel very comfortable. The chemo set up is also semi private and very comfortable. The office staff, the nurses, the lab techs and the financial specialist all treated me like a member of the family. My mother also received treatment here from Dr DeLaCruz. During that time. She was a little difficult to deal with and the staff treated her with a level of dignity, and respect that I will never forget. Also, Mom saw about 22 doctors including three other oncologist, three different hospitals without getting a diagnosis. I brought her to Dr De LaCruz and after some blood work and a bone marrow biopsy he diagnosed her and got her started on a treatment plan.

The friendliness of the Crystal River staff is worthy of 100 points. They always greet you with a smile and a genuine concern for your health. As for Dr. Dela Cruz, he is worthy of 110 points. He follows his medical protocols and will interweave them into a conversation to help you understand your health. He will inform you of his medical findings pertaining to your health. He appears to be well rounded and informed with the latest medical information. He will always inform you any new developments and give his best medical advice.

I have an infusion annually and what stands out is the professionalism, efficiency and kindness of the staff and doctor. Dr. Dela Cruz is a warm and caring doctor who addresses all of your questions thoroughly. You feel at ease during and after your appointment. Dr. Dela Cruz also has a great sense of humor that helps to put a smile on your face! I would recommend Dr. Dela Cruz and his office.

What more can I say about a cancer specialist who makes you smile? Luckily this time it’s not cancer for me but I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my health. I know he stays up to date on everything and my care will be top notch. Everyone in the office was so pleasant to be around! Even tho it had been many years since he treated my husband he remembered. I am so glad he is still in our county. We are lucky to have him.

Even when medication for infusion needed to be changed because insurance wouldn't cover the original staff worked diligently so I wouldn't have to reschedule.

The front office staff was excellent, the people who took my blood were excellent, and Dr. Dela Cruz I spoke to was excellent. I was in and out of there and very much satisfied in about 20 or 25 minutes.

Cares about you explains everything and repeats if u don’t quite understand procedures! Makes u comfortable and eases any anxiety that u have. Does not rush and makes sure u have no questions! Excellent doctor

Very knowledgeable and compassionate..

Even though a lady was taken back before me when it came time to move into a room my nurse reminded the other nurse that my appointment time was actually before the other ladies so I didn’t have to wait as long to get in a room to see the Dr.

I don`t believe I was there much over a half hour. That`s with lab, doctor, and everything with checking out and scheduling. It was great.
