Really smart and thorough doc who makes sure you get what you need. I need to figure out where he went now that he left the Port Orange practice... hopefully not too far.

Dr. Vignali is unparalleled with regards to his competence in his field and bedside mannerism. I recently suffered a heartbreaking still birth of 25 weeks and delivered at UVMC where Dr. Vignali was the attending physician. Dr. Vignali was very empathetic while maintaining his professionalism. Dr. Vignali was very thorough regarding my physical and emotional care. I highly recommend this doctor to anybody who wants to feel more like a human as opposed to "just another "number". He left me in the dark about things with my pregnancy. He was rude and abrupt at many times. After my baby I went on depo. He did not explain all of the many side effects. When I tried to ask him, after already being on the shot 6 months, he told me to stop blaming the depo and just see my primary care doctor.

He has been beyond amazing in both my pregancys, with my 1st we found a spot on his brain and he called me the very next day to do another ultra sound even though they did not have to since it was onlt one soft marker he wanted me to feel more a peace!
