Excellent Care from a caring physician
I have been seeing Dr. Rovner for some time now. He takes extra care to methodically evaluate all lab and test information and to make sure that I completely understand what the results show and what I can do to help myself. I have been diabetic for over 20 years. I have never made as much progress or improvement as I have working with Dr. Rovner.

Hard to get phone calls answered, Dr doesn't listen well. Didn't want to give me a copy of my medical records when i requested them. I won't go to this doctor, don't recommend anyone else does either.

Brief Time
The medical reviews are way to brief with patent time seems rushed and very curt. The wait times are long and the receptionist do not answer the phone or pay attention to details. Not sure I would recommend to family and friends.

I'd give zero stars if I could
Abysmal service at the front desk, which absolutely detracts from the doctor's delivery of service. I have been calling since April and it's now June 9th, with zero response. They never answer the phone, but I have left several messages with the after hours service. Not a single time have they returned a call. And I'm calling about needing medication! The apathy is so thick you can cut it with a knife, particularly with Rose, the office manager. She is rude, argumentative and completely uncaring when you do drive over in person for an issue. I've had them cancel appts and not inform me and then ARGUE when I'm there in person. The doctor, despite knowing how his front desk staff is, does nothing about it. My recommendation is if you are a new patient, go find someone else. I've been here a few years and it's only gotten worse. I'll be taking my dollars, my Blue Cross Blue Shield and my VA referrals elsewhere now. My health can't afford this type of treatment.

The worst telephone service
The telephone service they have is the worst with which I have tried to contact a doctor. What a pity that the work of the doctors is spoiled. I would like someone from the staff with enough level to make decisions to hear suggestions and take action

Like Dr. Rovner but am exasperated with his office staff. If lucky they will answer after 30 minutes Other times you cant get through and the machine cuts you off. Dread ever having to try to get through. . Ive had to travel to the office from my home 45 miles away because I can not get through. Office staff doesn't even deserve star

Horrible service
I am a physician who flew in to take her 85 year old mother to this apnt , and they tried to cancel her apnt when we were already there and when we were put back - dr Rovner left . We were told he had an emergency at a hospital . I have been in practice 25 years and , I’m sorry , but outpatient endocrinologist do not have hospital emergencies . His staff is unprofessional and obviously he is noncaring about his long time geriatric patients . Find someone who cares about his patients and has a competent office staff .
