Doctors are great! The staff on the other hand should not even get any stars.. I have been taking my kids here for over 17 years i have 4 kids , I can say the past 3 years have been the worst! I call a total of 12 times today and kept getting hung up on ,I finally get someone on the phone just now and was told they could not help me to call back tomorrow.. Now when a parent calls in concerned about there child health I would expect someone whom can help atleast make an appt for my child..

We arrive to our appt thinking all is well until only find out that our son hadn't been added to our insurance (which he was except Aetna hadn't udpdated their system). We asked why we weren't notified before the appt since the office called our insurance before hand and knew this but told us nothing. We call Aetna and resolve everything only to learn the doctor had already left for the day, and the insurance clerk had the nerve to tell us Well its your insurance in other words its our problem
