Worst experience
I ended up with a large organizing hematoma that last up to 1 year after the breast implants removal surgery that he did. Dr Maggi wanted to charge me again thousands of dollars for a second surgery, he rejected the results of a diagnostic ultrasound and at the end never called me to schedule the second surgery. Luckily I was able to get it done with another physician but he almost destroy my existence.

Dr. Maggie is amazing!
I am four days postop after enbloc Capsulectomy. 24 years of implants. I started my research a year ago. I read countless reviews of different plastic surgeons in the area and had a few in office consultations. I came across Maggie’s website and made an appointment for a consultation. I could not have made a better decision. What set Dr. Maggi apart from the other surgeons was his ‘ get down to business ‘ demeanor. Serious in his work.. an expert. He did not try and upsell or use scare tactics like some places I visited. My experience began with Karen at the front office, Kelly, his nurse, Tauna ,Chasen , Kim and Kristy. I remember waking up after surgery and the nurses were standing around smiling telling me I looked great!. The best part is when I went in for my follow up and saw my ‘real’ breasts for the first time in 24 years, I was overwhelmed with happiness. Dr. Maggie and his staff are amazing!

Absolutely amazing plastic surgeon!
Dr. Maggi is a brilliant plastic surgeon! I was terribly deformed from a breast explant and went to see Dr. Maggi regarding new implants to fix the deformity. Never in a million years could I have imagined how amazing his work was. He did a fabulous job and they are perfect. The size is also perfect. To take someone from deformity to a perfect look would seem to be a challenge but my results are beautiful. I highly recommend him. And I can also add that his office staff are equally wonderful. I am so grateful I found him.

Dr. Maggi destroyed my breasts. I came to him hoping he’d fix a problem and left with so many more. I’m having a second surgeon fix the shaky-hand mistakes so that I’m not absolutely embarrassed about my expensive situation. My left breast pocket is out of place entirely making my implant sit under my left arm. My areolas are misshapen and damaged from punctures (poor technique) that were made during my surgery. I brought this up at each post surgery visit but was ignored or promised they’d look perfect once the swelling went down. I was told f/u visits were covered (which they are) but most visits were with a nurse and not him. A nurse with a whole six months of surgical experience was answering my questions/concerns. She was wrong or misinformed most of the time, I don’t blame her though. I have to believe that at some point he was a decent doctor but those days have long passed. Even when drawing on me to take measurements (a lot of good that did) he was shaky and distracted.

Had a rhinoplasty in 2018. It healed crooked and doesn't look like the photo he took of my nose post-op at all. He wanted to charge me over $6,000 to fix it when I paid over $10,000 for the initial surgery.

I interviewed four other surgeons before choosing Dr. Maggi. His years of experience, attention to detail and true concern for my safety is why I chose him. I liked that he had an art degree and a true appreciation for form, symmetry and shape. I could also feel his passion for his work as we discussed my options. I'm a month out from surgery and so far the results are excellent! I also appreciate that I actually meet with him at all of my appointments. And I absolutely LOVE nurse Shannon!
