Dr. Sergey Koyfman, DO

Dr Koyfman educated me about my health concern, was patient and thorough. He explained and prepared me for surgery very realistically and with complete confidence. The whole experience was seamless and efficient. Very highly recommend without reservation.

Went in with ear swelling, was told the canal wasn't swollen. He cleaned my ear, I'm in much discomfort this evening. Very gruff dr. I won't be back. Scheduling with another practice. I got no answers to my issue

Dr. Koyfman just completed my surgery less than a week ago. I've never had surgery, never had a serious health issue, and was petrified. He was nothing but compassionate and thorough, explaining everything, and encouraging me to ask more questions and inviting me to ask for clarification on anything we discussed. The entire staff was capable and kind, making the process smooth and easy to understand. Everything that was discussed was printed and placed in a folder with all the followup appts, and I was encouraged to call if I needed anything. On surgery day the Dr was confident and compassionate. Everyone was a team, and I honestly felt like they carried me through a really scary time. I'd recommend them to anyone.

I saw him 1 hour and 40 minutes after my appointment time. Fine. He was dismissive, mentioned a serious diagnosis that had already been ruled out per my chart as a possibility with no empathy in delivery and literally put a tongue depressor in my mouth while I was mid sentence without warning. I found him extremely rude and cold and am shocked he has so many good reviews. I would never return.

Thorough kind funny and diagnosed me easily

Considerate and patient with me. My overall experience was good. It would be better to have the diagnosis explained to me. If the issue was not ENT related, I would have an idea of what specialist would be required to treat the condition.

Dr. koyfman has been in my life a few years now. He has been an amazing doctor to me. I truly cannot recommend him enough. He in my opinion is one of the best on the field.

Dr Koyfman is a very knowledgeable & professional. He does take the time to explain the surgery in full & answer all questions! He also took the time out before surgery to make sure I was ok before surgery. Plus would make sure I had no additional questions.

I personally thought he had poor bed side manner. Felt rushed, shared opinions that I didn't ask for and was unclear with what he believed my issue was, leading me to believe I had something serious. Switched doctors and had a much better experience.
