Can do better
My concerns were extremely dismissed during my time at this clinic. Never have I cried during a doctor's appointment until here simply out of frustration. I went in having PCOS symptoms (not all but some), and was struggling to conceive (my main concern) Dr. Zahedy told me 'theres no way you have PCOS. you're thin. you'll be pregnant by the end of the year'. She also stated my super irregular period was probably due to COVID. Thats a lack of understanding of PCOS (now I have been diagnosed with PCOS, and been guided through treatment.) as well as a lazy diagnosis referring to COVID. The doctor scheduled me for a follow up appointment and when I went to that appointment she literally asked, 'Why are you here? You are pregnant correct?' Did you not review my chart before meeting with me? I had to pay for the most pointless and thoughtless appointment. I had to advocate for an ultrasound because she didn't want me to get one. The ultrasound did show that I have cysts on both ova
