Phenomenal professional medical service and experience. My son developed a mild Cauliflower Ear from a football game. Dr. Liao was the on-call physician at the urgent care office. We were able to get my son an appointment with Dr. Liao the NEXT morning for an ear procedure to drain the fluids. Dr. Liao was patient, had a calming energy and explained the procedure and provided future sports recommendations for B. Wait time to actually see Dr. Liao was under 10 minutes. Dr. Liao was speaking with us with 10 minutes of arrival. This includes the front desk check-in and the nurse check-ins.

Outstanding
Five years ago Dr. Liao performed a Thyroidectomy on me. It was complicated by goiters on both lobes that had grown around my trachea and below my sternum. She was patient in explaining the procedure and managed to do an excellent surgery with no complications,leaving only a barely visible scar. I was fortunate to find her and highly recommend her.

Dr Liao is an outstanding surgeon in every way. She spent over 9 hours in the operating room to remove my cancer. I am now cancer-free.

Wonderful surgeon who is one of if not the best Thyroid surgeons in our state. My surgery wasnt an easy one and she did wonderful.

Dr. Liao was one of the most caring physicians I have ever encountered. She was personable, took the time to answer ALL my questions, and I felt complete trust in her knowledge and professionalism. I never felt that she rushed through the exam in any way. She took the time needed to thoroughly assess my situation and informed me of her progress each and every step of the way.
