I saw her for a couple of things last year. She seemed disinterested and slightly annoyed when I asked for a steroid shot for my keloid. She didn’t use alcohol swipes or take any other necessary precautions against infection before jamming the needle and splicing my keloid in half. It was so painful I cried. This was my first and only time making a complaint on a doctor. I shared my experience and it turned out I wasn’t the only patient who had complained. A year later and I’m suffering with the damage she caused. Kaiser has done nothing about these complaints.
