I had a scheduled appointment for 1:00 today. When I arrived the receptionist asked if I had a new insurance, which I replied with no. I’ve had the same health insurance for over 3 years. I attempted to call the insurance company but unfortunately they aren’t open on the weekends. I was unable to access the app or website, as it was down for maintenance. From what I gathered when they tried to run my insurance, it would not process. I showed them the app was down, as well as, the website so this is clearly why it’s not processing. Mind you, this isn’t my first time to see this doctor and all previous times there were no issues with my insurance. After I waited for 40 minutes the receptionist informs me that the doctor won’t see me because of the insurance issue. I was at a loss for words, as she explained I could call on Monday and they could try again and get me in on Tuesday. Dr.razzaq-ahmed is the best doctor i have ever been to. She is professional but at the same time makes you feel so comfortable. Would recommend her. She is really the best!

My bloodwork showed impaired kidney function. Sebeen said I was dehydrated. Later found out from my specialist that my kidneys we're indeed in trouble. If I had listened to Sebeen and ignored my bloodwork results, I'd be suffering with kidney disease. My specialist was the 2nd opinion that saved my renal system. Sebeen is not experienced, nor capable of accurate diagnosis. I would not recommend her to anyone!

Came in to make an appointment and had to write a review. Sundas at front desk was beyond amazing. She was extremely professional and paid attention to me even though it was really busy she took care of everything

Staff is very courteous, neat and clean office with a professional atmosphere. Doctor took time to listen to all my concerns instead of rushing me like my previous Family Doctor. Highly recommended!

I loved my experience with Dr. Sebeen Razzaq-Ahmed. Usually doctors schedule too many appointments a day and are unable to give you as much attention. However, Dr. Sebeen really took her time and made sure every health issue was taken care of.
