We were referred to Dr. S. Troia when my daughter was 8 months old. I was asked to help hold her still. I could tell he was frustrated with me for not holding her still enough. Troia & his assistant held her down so hard she ended up with bruises on her body and one on her face the following day. After 3 visits it was determined she would need surgery. When I tried to discuss surgery options & possibly wanting a plastic surgeon he completely ignored my concerns. Invalidated me as a parent.

Dr Troia performed eye muscle surgery on my almost 2 year old daughter and corrected her eyesight. He is a wonderful surgeon and a compassionate doctor. He patiently answered all of our questions. I would recommend him highly.
