Dr. Sebastian Herrera, MD

Dr. Herrera really came through during a medical problem. Although it took some time to get the appointment, his lead nurse and PAs are excellent. Very caring, but tough on me to help my recovery. While in the hospital, they literally picked me up out the bed and made me sit up and walk! I am very thankful for him and his immediate team. As for his front desk team……they were not the best. The dropped the ball. But his lead nurse picked it up just in time!

I had to find a new Dr. as the one who done my Shunt Surgery in 2014, no longer sees patients with Shunts, after reading reviews for Dr. Herrera, that is who I chose to get an appointment with, just in case I needed something done to mine. After calling the office to make appointment, I was told that I would have to have a MRI done so Dr. could review it before the appointment. I was told when I first received my Shunt Implant that anytime I got an MRI, the shunt needed to be checked for correct settings within a short time frame. So I get my MRI two weeks ago today on July7 th, then then my primary Dr sent the report over to Dr Harrier’s office the next day. They told me it could take a week as they only read the MRI and the report on Thursdays. I hand carried the MRI Disc to them the day of the MRI. So thinking someone would call to set up the appointment, we waited and waited and no one called. Then they said they needed my settings, and now said they can’t see me

Dr. Herrera is the Best of the Best top 1% of a specialty that is considered top 10%. So unassuming. Extremely fortunate to have been referred to doctor Herrera. I'm elderly (don't feel that way) I had balance issues for many years. Saw a neurologist who sent me to physical therapy. Doctor has given me a new lease on life. A+++++ Great staff as well.

I had my first appointment with Dr Herrera an he is a great Dr! He is a really nice and knowledgeable doctor, he explained to me my diagnostic, the treatment and he listened and took the necessary time to answer all my questions. The front desk ladies and the assistance were very nice.

I have only waited 5 or 10 minutes to see Dr. Herrera. He looks closely at images. Explains everything about the problem and shows you on a screen before and after surgery after surgery. Bed side manner is great!

Dr. Herrera is one of the most knowledgeable, skilled and caring physicians that I have ever seen. When my symptoms didn't match with the latest MRI results, he recommended an additional test by one of the neurologists in the practice. 2 hours later he called me (not his NP, not the office staff, HIM) to tell me an appointment was set for the next day. After ten years of symptoms, I was finally diagnosed with an autoimmune disease affecting my nerves

Dr Herreara is both knowledgable and personable. He was extremely conscious of patient education and willing to answer questions until I had a full understanding of my condition. I was actually very surprised with how conservative the treatment plans discussed were, which certainly increased my personal trust. He actually had a sense of humor which I personally really appreciate In the midst of my circumstances. I would highly recommend Dr Herrera.
